The perfect long weekend. You'll stay at a beachside resort a short walk from the sand, with easy days built around the best of both coasts: Fort Aguada and the lively beaches of the north, then the quiet coves and palm groves of the south.
Evenings are for sundowners at a beach shack and a golden-hour cruise on the Mandovi river, with live Goan music on deck. Plenty of free time is built in — because in Goa, the plan is often no plan at all.
Day by day
Private transfer from the airport to your beach resort. Check in, change into something light and head straight to the sand. In the evening, catch the sunset with a drink at a beach shack.
Explore 17th-century Fort Aguada and its lighthouse, then hop between Candolim, Calangute, Baga and Anjuna. End the day with a sunset cruise on the Mandovi river, complete with Goan folk music and dancing.
Drive south to the cliff-top ruins of Cabo de Rama and the crescent of Palolem Beach. Swim, kayak or simply lie back under a palm before heading back north.
A last swim or a lazy breakfast before your transfer to the airport.
